ST. PATRICK'S CHURCH: WEEKDAY OPENING:
From next Monday (31st May), St. Patrick's Church will open in the morning at the later time of 8.30am rather than 8.00am. We hope that this does not cause too much inconvenience.

ULSTER HISTORY CIRCLE:
You are cordially invited to attend the unveiling of the plaque to the memory of Dr. William Crolly 1780 - 1849, Archbishop of Armagh by Most Reverend Patrick Walsh, Bishop of Down & Connor at St. Malachy's Church, Ballykilbeg on Tuesday 1st June at 7.30pm. Following the unveiling, Monsignor Ambrose McAuley will give a short address on the life of Bishop Archbishop Crolly. After the Ceremony, light refreshments will be served in St. Michael's Parish Centre, Downpatrick.

ST. COLMCILLE'S PARENT AND FAMILY CENTRE:
Invite you to the second of their informal talks and discussions for Parents with teenagers in the family or with children approaching adolescence on Tuesday 1st June at 7.30pm in St. Colmcille's Parent and Family Centre. This talk entitled "preventing problems with risky behaviour including abuse of alcohol and drugs.... The power of parents in young people's lives". KNIGHTS OF ST. COLUMBANUS:
The Local Council of the Knights are publishing a leaflet to commerate the 50th anniversary of the Rosary Rally and the visit of Fr. Peyton to Downpatrick on 20th June 1954. These will be available in all the Churches in the Parish on 20th June.
