EXPOSITION OF THE BLESSED SACRAMENT:
Every Saturday in St. Patrick's Church from 12 noon to 1pm. St. Joseph's Ypung Priests Society invite you to join them for the Holy Hour on Saturday 4th September to pray for vocations to the priesthood.

We would appreciate it if parishioners would leave the Sunday Missal at the end of their seat after Mass.

MASS ON THE RADIO:
From Monday, September 6th, the Rosary will be prayed after 9am Mass and will be available to those who receive Mass via their radio.

SUDAN COLLECTION;
We wish to acknowledge with sincere thanks the anonymous donation of £1000. The total amount raised for the Sudan was £9,923. Thank you for your generous contribution to this very worthy cause.

DOWNPATRICK THIRD WORLD GROUP:
The AGM of the above group will take place in the room below St. Patricks Church on Wednesday 1st September at 7.30pm. Anyone interested in joining the group to try and help the relief of poverty and suffering in the Third World Countries will be most welcome.

LEGION OF MARY:
Two day Pilgrimage to Knock takes place on Saturday 25th September. Cost is £55 which includes Bed & Breakfast and 3 meals. Bus leaves Market Street at 6.30am, Saturday morning. If interested please contact 02844616867 for further details.

ELECTORAL REGISTRATION:
Canvassers from the Electoral Office are distributing Electoral Registration Forms to each potential elector from this week onwards. This process will continue until mid October. This is being done in order to compile electoral registers for 2005, and will apply to elections, which are to take place in May of next year. Each person, who is 18 years and over or who will be 18 years on the 18th May 2005 is entitled to complete a registration form. If this form is not completed and submitted to the electoral office in Banbridge you are not entitled to vote. If you do not have the correct form of photographic identification, you can obtain and electoral identification form from the Electoral Office at 02840662857
