Every Saturday in St. Patrick's Church from 12 noon to 1pm.
NOVEMBER DEAD LISTS:
Are now available at the back of the Churches. Once returned, ALL the envelopes are opened and Lists placed in baskets before the altar, Mass is offered each day in November for all those mentioned. All donations are gratefully received.
ATTACKS ON THE ELDERLY:
Due to the prevalence of attacks on the elderly in recent years, we would appeal to parishioners to be watchful and caring for them
MORNING PRAYER OF THE CHURCH:
Will be recited each weekday morning during Advent in St. Patrick's Church, commencing December 1st.

Senior Citizens Christmas Party in Abbey Lodge on Sunday 7th December, meal at 3pm.

FAMILY MINISTRY:
Christmas Can Kill You: Surviving (and enjoying!) a Family Christmas on Sunday 30th November in St. Patrick's Church (room below the church) at 3pm.
DAY OF RECOLLECTION:
For Ministers of the Eucharist and Ministers of the Word in the Convent of Mercy on Saturday 13th December from 2pm - 5pm, conducted by Charlie Cross C.P. A full attendance will be very much appreciated. "Time with the Lord is time well spent".
ST. PATRICK'S CHORAL SOCIETY:
Pre- Christmas Concert on Saturday 29th November at 7.45pm. Admission Adults £7.50, Children £4, includes Christmas Fayre. Tickets available at St. Patrick's Heritage Centre or pay at the door on the night.
THE SOUND OF MUSIC:
St. Mary's High School presents "The Sound Of Music" in The Great Hall, Downshire Hospital, on Thursday 27th & Friday 28th November at 7.30pm and Sunday 30th November at 3pm. Admission, Adults £5, Children/O.A.P £3. Tickets available from the School Office.
DOWNPATRICK THIRD WORLD GROUP:

Would welcome donations of ladies and gents clothing for their shop in Market Street, Downpatrick. All donations are welcome.
ST. COLMCILLE'S YOUTH CLUB:
The Youth Club is ongoing Monday and Wednesday evenings 7pm - 10pm in Killough road Community Centre. Juniors - 7 - 11 years, 7pm - 8.30pm, and Form 1 upwards 8.30pm - 10pm. Programme includes Multi-Sports, Arts & Crafts, Cookery, Quizzes, Music and Monthly Trips, admission 50p. DIOCESAN FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGN
Some families have not yet received the letter of explanation from the Bishop and others have not yet been visited by volunteers with pledge cards. For those who wish to take part in the campaign there are letters and pledge cards at the back of the Church. Once completed, pledge cards should be returned in the envelope to the Parochial House. Donations can be made by direct debit or by gift. For those who pay income tax it is important to sign and tick the part for gift aid.
We also need volunteers for the following areas to distribute the Diocesan Pledge Cards. ELECTIONS TO NORTHERN IRELAND ASSEMBLY:
Will take place on Monday 26th November. Polling takes place from 7am to 10pm on that day. In order to vote, you are required to produce a form of photographic identification. The acceptable forms of identification are: an Electoral Identity Card, Full Driving Licence, Provisional Driving Licence, British or Irish Passport and or a Translink Smart Card. Failure to have any one of these identity documents means that you cannot vote.
