CHANGE OF MASS TIMES IN PARISH:
The New Sunday & Holy Day Masses come into effect on Saturday 3rd & Sunday 4th January 2004. The new times will be as follows:
St. Patrick's: 6.30pm, 9am, 10.00am, 12 Noon.
St. Colmcille's: 6.30pm & 11am
St. Brigid's: 6.30pm
St. Malachy's: 10.30am

APOSTOLIC WORK:
Would like to thank everyone who supported and helped in any way with the very successful sale held on 9th December. The amount raised was £813.75. Your kindness in helping the Missions is appreciated.
PARISH BULLETIN:
The Bulletin on Sunday 21st December will cover 21st & 28th December, all insertions for that bulletin should be received before 12 noon on Thursday 18th December to ensure inclusion on 21st December. The next bulletin will be on 4th January 2004.
KNIGHTS OF COLUMBANUS:
Downpatrick & Area Council wish to thank all those who donated to the recent appeal for used spectacles. 420 pairs were collected and have already been dispatched for use in the Third World.
RUSSELL GAELIC UNION:
Sunday 14th December - Annual Children's Christmas Party for Primary 1-5 in the Clubrooms at 3pm. Children must be accompanied by a parent or other adult.
Line Dancing: on Thursdays 7pm - 9pm.
Executive Committee Meeting: on Wednesday Night in St. Michael's Parish Centre at 7.30pm
RGU intend to run a number of courses in the New Year (Jan/Feb) on Child Protection, Coaching and First Aid for those involved in helping organise our games, especially at Juvenile level. More details later.

BLOOD TRANSFUSION SERVICE:
The next Blood Donation Session will be held in Down Parish Hall, Church Street, Downpatrick on Monday 29th December from 2.30pm - 4pm & 5.30pm - 8pm. In order to maintain the vital supply of bloods to our hospitals, the Blood Transfusion Service needs the support of not only existing donors, but also of new donors. Please come along - It could save a life!
